In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ampwin website at https://ampwin.cam, including all associated pages, services, tools, games, and betting markets accessible through that domain.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform by completing the ampwin registration process.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Balance" means real-money funds held within a Player's Account, comprising deposits, winnings, and approved bonuses, minus any withdrawals and wagers.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to an Account pursuant to a specific ampwin promotion, subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age-verification process required before an Account may process withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum cumulative bet amount a Player must place using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.

• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the default displayed currency on the Platform for Indonesian Players.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies published on this Platform, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and ampwin with respect to your use of the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

To register for and use an ampwin Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum and is not negotiable under any circumstance.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
4. You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, either on ampwin or on any other gambling platform where cross-exclusion applies.
5. You must not have had a previous ampwin Account terminated for misconduct, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
6. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is fully prohibited by law in a manner that would make your participation illegal.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must register a single Account by providing accurate, current, and complete registration information. The following rules govern Account creation and maintenance:

4.1 One Account Rule

Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms regardless of whether the duplication was intentional. Duplicate accounts identified by ampwin will be suspended, and the Company reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation and to apply any losses across all accounts held by the same individual.

4.2 Registration Information

You must supply truthful and accurate information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, active mobile phone number, and Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity carried out under your credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify ampwin immediately via the contact details in Clause 17.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ampwin support. Any remaining balance will be paid out to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding disputes exist on the account.

ampwin is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at any point during your use of the Platform at the Company's discretion.

5.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo ID (e.g., Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account showing your full name and account number).
• Additional documentation as may be requested by our compliance team in specific circumstances.

5.2 Processing Time

KYC reviews are typically completed within 1–3 business days of receiving all required documents. During the review period, deposit functionality remains available but withdrawals will be held pending approval.

ampwin accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ampwin does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt by our payment processor, typically within minutes for e-wallet transfers and within 30 minutes for bank transfers during standard banking hours.
• ampwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank maintenance windows, or public holidays.

6.2 Deposit Limits

Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account dashboard as part of our Responsible Gaming Tools. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified account in the Player's name.

7.2 Processing Times

• OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay: Typically within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day.
• CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata: Typically within 1–2 business hours.

7.3 Withdrawal Refusal

ampwin reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the Account is under investigation for suspected fraud or bonus abuse; (c) the withdrawal would result in a negative Balance once pending bets are settled; or (d) the Account has been flagged by our responsible gaming system and a cooling-off period is in effect.

From time to time, ampwin offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to occasions such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting events including BRI Liga 1 and Champions League fixtures.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer carries its own specific terms, including minimum deposit amount, wagering requirement, minimum odds (for sports bets), eligible games, and expiry date. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times before they may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance. Real-money funds are wagered first; Bonus Funds are applied once the real-money Balance reaches zero, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• ampwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering progress is not retroactively invalidated.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software or bots to fulfill wagering requirements, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit from bonus funds, and exploiting technical errors or system malfunctions. ampwin will void any winnings generated through bonus abuse and may permanently close the Account.

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the Platform, including sports betting markets (football, badminton, MotoGP, e-sports), casino games, live dealer tables, and number-draw games including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery).

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless the Platform's cash-out feature is explicitly available and activated by the Player within the permitted time window.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game or bet before its natural conclusion, ampwin will investigate and, where possible, settle the bet according to the state of play at the point of interruption. Where settlement is not possible, stakes will be refunded.
• Odds and markets are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which the bet is struck.
• ampwin reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event whose outcome was already known; (b) the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; or (c) there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply and are published in the individual game or market rules. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the published maximum.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to be paid out at the accumulated odds. If one selection is voided, the bet is recalculated excluding that selection.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while subject to an active self-exclusion order.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to obtain an unfair advantage, generate unauthorized credits, or circumvent game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the Platform's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure.
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer games, poker rooms, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information regarding the outcome of an event.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ampwin staff, agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of ampwin or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, publish, sell, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from ampwin.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

ampwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, we collect personal data necessary for Account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and the provision of responsible gaming services. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. Data is retained for the period required by our regulatory obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

ampwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practical, notify Players via email or an on-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ampwin holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between you and ampwin, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support team by contacting us at the details provided in Clause 17. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body or an independent dispute resolution service as designated by our licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
